This project involves the phased renovation and fit-up of approximately 50,600 sf of office and warehouse space within a 75,600 sf facility to consolidate operations into a single, efficient location. The scope includes coordinated design and construction, integration of specified building systems and a comprehensive gas-to-electric conversion to support the client’s Zero CO₂ objectives. All work was carefully phased to maintain operational continuity, with early warehouse occupancy achieved as a key milestone.
